If you would like to add insurance please convo before you pay. Shipping outside US please convo before you pay. Baby Glamour Boutique is NOT responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. We ONLY ship to the address on file, please make sure this is correct.

We do not refund shipping overages. We also do NOT bill you for additional shipping charges in case the amount we collected on shipping was not enough to cover your order. We feel this is the only fair way to do our shipping. Sometimes you might pay a tiny bit over and some times you may not pay enough to cover your postage.
We recommend to have your package insured in all orders over $20. We are not responsible for USPS delivery of your package. Costumer is responsible for shipping delivery. All shipping delivery claims have to be made to the shipping service provider USPS. Baby Glamour Boutique is NOT responsible for the delivery of your package or merchandise shipped. It is not our responsibility if the item(s) is lost due to the wrong address given upon receipt, if we receive returns due to insufficient address, we can ship the order back BUT you will be responsible for shipping fees so please make sure you review your address information before confirming it. Tracking number will be available and will be given only upon request. We ship all orders FIRST CLASS by USPS, this may take 3-7 days to arrive. Shipping Time can be delayed by USPS due to the Holidays and Weather, I cannot control the mail once the item(s) has been shipped nor are we responsible for delayed mail so please understand that.
